Hermana Brittany Lowe : Luisana se bautizó! ❤️

This week was awesome.
We found a fair number of people to teach and had a baptism! On October 5th, 2019, I first met Luisana in the church building as she came for the first time to see what it was like. Then on Friday, November 29th, 2019, she got baptized! Her testimony has grown so much and she truly feels part of the family here in the church. She, and her cute daughters, have my absolute whole heart. They are so precious and Luisana is such a great example to her family. I can't even describe the joy she has and that I have seeing her making this promise to God. I was able to be one of her witnesses in her baptism, and her 7-year old daughter and I sang Cuando Me Bautice as the special musical number, with my talented companion on the piano. It was a very special day.

The day before that, we celebrated Thanksgiving with a family from the States, who live in a mansion here in Perú, in our stake. They made turkey, homemade rolls, and pineapple pie for us and we, as all the missionaries, brought the rest. It was so much fun and we definitely bonded and made a lot of good memories. I love my zone. I'm thankful for this opportunity to get to know and befriend so many different people from so many different places. I'm gonna be sad to leave them...

I'm also grateful for all of you, especially if you get to this point in my letters, ha ha. Just two more months and I'll stop bugging you guys.

I love the mission. I know God loves you and all His children, from all over the world.
