Another week, ya? Another email that I gotta write for you guys? En serio? Wow. Time seriously flies when you're having fun.
Well, this week was good, A LOT happened! To start it off, we had a multi-zone conference in Pisco. That was super good! I saw my bestie, Hermana Boyd! And more of my friends from the South. The zones from Cañete, Chincha, Pisco, Ica, and Nazca were all there. And President Richey, Hermana Richey, and the assistants to the president.
Right after the conference, the missionaries from our zone left and returned to Ica, and my companion and I went the other way -- to Lima. We stayed the night in Chorrillos, in a zone called The Campiña, with Hermana Winter and Hermana Pead. We ordered pizza and made no bake cookies, so it was a great night. Then in the morning we had doctros appointments and once those were over, we headed back in bus to Ica.
On Friday, we had interviewws with President Richey. He's the best. He told me that this is for sure my last transfer here in Ica, which is sad. So that means for sure I leave Ica on Monday, August 19. QUE TRISTE. I'm gonna have only 3 aread in my mission: Americas, Ayacucho for 6 months; San Isidro and Puenta Blanco, Ica for 6 months; and one last area to finish off my last 6 months! How crazy is that? I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of things and now I'm on the down fall. Wow.
But yeah, on Saturday, some of the elders came to our pensionista's house to do a service project. We sanded a cement room to prepare it to get painted. That was fun because we got to work, socialize, and wear pants, ha ha. I miss pants.
Ha ha, okay, here's a funny story. Yesterday, our ward mission leaders accompanied us. After a couple hours, he had to leave and go to an activity of the young single adults. We were bugging him and messing around and asked him, "Hey, what's more important, accompanying the missionaries, or going to an activity in the church?" And he answered, "MY exaltation." HAHA we died laughing. He's the best.
Well, thank you for reading this email, I love you all. Have a fantastic week! God loves you!
♥️, Hermana Lowe

| The Service Project...The handkerchief was to put over his mouth and protect from the cement dust, but this Canadian thought it was more important to cover his hair! |
