This week I went to Lima again! This time for a 6 week training with President and Hermana Richey and their assistants in the office. All the missionaries in my mission from my group were there and it was so fun and so uplifting. I learned a LOT and got to eat yummy food with all my friends. So basically I want to do a 6 week training every week thank you. Especially because when it was time for us to board a 12 hr bus ride back to Ayacucho, we were told we get to take a plane instead! It was Halloween and apparently the busses don't run that night. So we took a 50 minute plane ride instead. Talk about lucky. I was so grateful. I didn't think I would be on a plane for another 15 months when I was going home! Haha. The only thing was that it was at 5am so we slept over in Chorrillos with some Hermanas (one I knew from Ayacucho), and then left early that morning for our flight (Hermana Boyd and I). So that was the biggest thing that happened this week that I loved.
It has rained basically every day.. usually in the night and super strong. (just in time for proselyting aha) so we come home freezing and drenched but happy bc I love the rain! haha. Luckily we have an umbrella and good raincoats so we survive.
This week we have new additions to our zone and new callings. I was called as *Money Man* which is basically just encouraging the missionaries to keep track of their money and be responsible haha. Not super hard... yet.
During Halloween and three days after their was a huge party in Ayacucho, kind of like the day of the dead. There are 3 cemeteries in our area so it was crazy and bus fare was twice as expensive. Pretty interesting and cool.
That's about it from this week! Thank you all for your support! Sending love from Ayacucho!
