We've seen a lot of miracles this week and we're happy with the work we've put in to His work. It was our last week as a trio because on Tuesday Hna Palacios goes to the Philippines for her 6-week training and then to her mission in Australia! So we have to say goodbye to our hita....que sad.
Today we went to the BEACH! My first time in over a year! Although I couldn't touch the water, it was so fun and very relaxing for me. I think I needed it, ha ha. The sand isn't the same as in California, but close enough. We played sports in the sand and took a million pictures. Best Day Ever. Later we ordered pizza and it got there super late so it was FREE! Another reason why it was the best day ever.
On Sunday we had the first Stake Conference of the Campińa Stake and it was beautiful. President and Hermana Richey spoke, along with the patriarch, stake president, and other members. I can understand everything and felt the Spirit so strongly. Two of our investigators came, too, and I know they could feel it as well. It was a special day.
Thank you all for your support and love. I'm loving the mission and it makes me sad sometimes to think about leaving the people here and maybe never seeing them again to come home in 5 months. Not ready for that yet.
I'm so grateful for the gospel in my life and the happiness it brings me! I don't know who I would be without it and without the love of God and Jesus Christ. I'm just so grateful.
